The Warrnambool Ratepayers Association has written to the council (Thursday 30th. July) asking them to urgently rethink the reinstatement of free parking. In light of the return of stage 3 restrictions we don’t want residents having to touch the parking meters, we have also asked that active cleaning around the city recommence immediately.
In our letter we also stated it would be great to see the WCC start a campaign to educate on the requirements of face masks.
